Scrutton Street, Shoreditch

Refurbishment of commercial office space in Scrutton Street, Shoreditch, including new lighting, power, containment, air conditioning, fire alarm and ventilation.

Tender produced from specification and drawings received from electrical consultant Crawt Simpkins Partnership. Project run installation under main contractors, Ruggles and Jeffery Building Ltd.

Installation included galvanised skirting trunking to the perimeter, allowing for future tenants to incorporate their own work space layout. LED lighting installed to a bespoke design in consultation with lighting designers. 

Fire alarm wired to an LL2 system incorporating smoke detectors and brake glasses throughout and connected and commissioned onto the existing linked building system.

Air conditioning installed with several external condensing units and internal air movement devices. Electrical certification, log books and operating manuals issued on completion.
